How does the program work? Your training will be delivered in the gym as usual by your coach.
What if I am away? All the training and nutrition is available in the Fitter App, so you can take it with you wherever you go.
How do we track progress? Fitness tests will be delivered in your box at week 1, 3 and 6.
Are there scaled options available for the training? Yes, there sure is scaling options available. All training sessions have been tried and tested to ensure maximum effectiveness.
Does the meal planning cater for gluten-free? Yes GF options are available.
Does the meal planning cater for dairy free? Yes, dairy swaps are available.
Does the meal planning cater to vegetarians? There is one vegetarian meal per week. However, we do not have a special meal plan for vegetarian only diets.
Is this a super strict meal plan? No this is not a strict meal plan rather a heavy focus on fresh whole foods.
Do I have to count calories? No. Our meals work on adhering to certain principals rather than calorie counting. However, each meal does come with a macro breakdown and calorie count.
