What are the additional costs to use Stripe payments?
We integrate with Stripe to provide the most seamless experience for you and your users. As a Trainer, you will keep up to 97.5% of sales made in your app, less the Stripe transaction fee. Stripe transaction fees vary depending on your location, you can review them here - https://stripe.com/pricing.
What is the difference between a Free and Paid Subscriber?
A Free Subscriber is a someone who accesses a Program and has not made a purchase. These are used by many Gyms, Trainers, and Corporate Programs offer who free programs only. A paid Subscriber is someone who has purchased a program via our payment platform. All our plans offer this functionality and include an unlimited amount of Paid Subscribers.
Can I use my own payment solution?
Absolutely. You can send your clients via a link to your existing payment provider. You will be required to manually add your Subscribers to a Program. These Subscribers will be classified as Free Subscribers.
Am I locked in?
No, our payment plans are paid monthly allowing you flexibility with your cash flow. Your plans can also be upgraded, downgraded or ceased easily.
